intelliflo: Profiling your first client

Follow the steps below to profile a client using the Capital Preferences Client Engagement Suite through intelliflo.


Profile your first client

  1. Once you have integrated the Capital Preferences’ Client Engagement Suite into your intelliflo platform you can start profiling clients. Follow our step-by-step guide here to integrate our suite into your intelliflo platform.

  1. Enter the Client Profile Capital Preferences widget by clicking on Clients -> Dashboard -> Client Profile in Capital Preferences.
Access the Capital Preferences Client Profile via the client dashboard menu option.
  1. Next, you will be brought to the Capital Preferences Client Profile page. From here you can edit your clients details, view their investment amount, send them the risk activity and see their attitude to risk and loss.

  1. From this page you have two options for profiling your first client.
  • Send Invite - the client will receive an email from Capital Preferences to complete the risk activity. Please note this email is not customisable.
  • Copy Link - selecting this will copy a personalised link for the risk activity which can then be sent to the client via pasting into an email, text or WhatsApp. This allows you to introduce the activity to clients personally.

  1. Once the client has completed the Risk Activity you will receive an email notifying you and a PDF report will be automatically saved directly to the client documents in intelliflo.

  1. Presenting the client's results
  • There are two methods for presenting your clients results.
  • You can present your clients results using the PDF report saved under client documents on intelliflo. This report can also be accessed directly from the Capital Preferences platform, by scrolling down on the Client Profile page under report history.
  • Alternatively, you can launch an interactive meeting by clicking Present results, which can be accessed from the Capital Preferences Client Profile page. This allows you to facilitate an engaging conversation with your clients - learn more about this function here.
