Your clients will engage with a personalised digital experience that uncovers the values most important to them when making investment decisions.
These preferences inform ESG aligned portfolio recommendations and deepen your understanding of what drives your client’s decision making. This enables advice that resonates both financially and personally
Firstly, your client will see a list of ESG values. These are based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Your client will select between two and six values which matter the most to them.
In the activity, your client will allocate their principal towards one of their selected values which matters most to them. Throughout each of the rounds, we stress-test their values against each other to ultimately determine which value they care most about. The more values they select, the more rounds we present to them.
Next, we determine if your client cares more about generating higher returns or aligning to their values.
We present two rounds to them, flipping the potential to gain between the two scenarios, again, stress testing their decisions.
Following activity completion, your client will receive a high level summary page which informs them which value they most align to and if they care more about generating higher returns of reflecting their values.
This insight will help guide your conversation to determine the best portfolio for this individual.
