Get ready for exciting new improvements to our Risk Profiling Suite!

Starting May 30th, we've enhanced our Risk Profiling Suite, designed to improve your experience and streamline client interactions.


New features:

1) Enhanced risk activity

The trade-off question now clearly focuses on risk and return, making it easier for clients to understand. The new wording, "How much would you risk if for every $1 risked you could potentially gain $3.50?" replaces the old statement, "How much risk would you be comfortable taking over the next year." This update helps clients grasp the immediate implications of their choices and better evaluate their risk tolerance. Extensive user testing has show this version to be more user-friendly and effective in guiding clients through the core trade-offs of investment decisions.

2) Goal Projector as a standalone section

The Goal Projector is now accessible as a separate section outside of the results presentation. Now it can be used after clients complete the Risk Activity or an Investment Meeting (i.e., when a client/household status is “New results available” or “Up to date”). We'll soon make it accessible irrespective of the client status. This change allows the flexibility to run projections prior to your client meeting, with projections automatically pulled into the results presentation. Additionally, you can revisit the Goal Projector after a meeting to review outputs and make necessary adjustments. This enhancement improves your preparation and ensures your projections are always relevant.

3) Client status dashboard

A new banner dashboard above the client list provides a quick reference to the number of new clients, pending activities, new results, and clients up for review. Clicking on each box filters your client list accordingly. This feature simplifies tracking client statuses, helping you quickly identify clients who need attention, whether it's sending a risk activity, reminding them to complete one, or scheduling a meeting to discuss their results. This at-a-glance overview allows you to prioritise actions efficiently and improve client management.
